DGC Life and Disc Golf Church merchandise are sold and fulfilled by Disc Golf Church, Colorado Springs. These policies apply to both collections. Our shared checkout is at register.discgolfchurch.life; Stripe securely processes card payments.
Pickup & shipping
Local pickup is free. Wait for your ready notice before collecting your order. A payment confirmation is not a pickup-ready notice.
U.S. shipping is available when shown in checkout, with the carrier price displayed before payment. Current packaging supports one jersey per shipped order. For shipping orders, in-stock jerseys ship within 5 business days of payment. Carrier delivery time is additional. Preorders follow their listed production estimate.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you to agree to the delay or receive a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
Returns & exchanges · 14 days
Contact us within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order reference, before returning an item: FatherTom@DiscGolfChurch.life.
- Regular jerseys: Return unworn, unwashed items for a refund or exchange. Exchanges depend on available stock.
- Sizing or change of mind: You pay return postage. Original shipping is not refunded.
- Wrong, damaged, or defective item: Contact us so we can make it right. Disc Golf Church covers the correction and necessary shipping.
- Standard preorders: The same 14-day return window starts at delivery or pickup.
- Personalized or custom-made jerseys: Changes and cancellations are allowed before production begins. Once production begins, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Defects and our mistakes remain covered.
Availability & production
Product pages identify limited runs and made-to-order items. Allocated stock can include incoming garments; it does not guarantee an item is physically ready today. Refer to the selected product’s fulfillment note. Limited-run sizes cannot be backordered.
Prices & rewards
Choose a size to see its current price. Stock, prices, applicable sales tax and reward eligibility are checked again at checkout. Tax is shown separately before payment, using the selected pickup location or shipping destination. Guest shopping is available. Sign-in is required only to identify your existing rewards.
Skill Points and earned placement discounts work on eligible merchandise in both collections. You can combine one earned discount with one Skill Point discount. Earned discounts apply first; Skill Points can cover up to 50% of the remaining eligible merchandise.
The 1,500-point jersey reward covers one eligible jersey up to $50 retail, with one jersey every six months and at most two in a rolling 12 months. Free-jersey rewards are used alone. Shipping and any applicable tax are not included in the jersey reward.
Privacy
Cart transfers between storefronts carry product selections only. Customer contact details are collected in the shared checkout for payment confirmation and fulfillment. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe. For questions about an order’s contact details, contact the seller above.
