PUBLIC BALANCES · SIMPLE RULES

ACE Funds,
made simple.

Service Tags are free and automatic. ACE Fund entry is optional and paid per round. Your first completed Church round establishes eligibility; starting with your second qualifying round, Holy Hub can open the ACE Fund choice.

Pending does not mean $0. It means Holy Hub is waiting for a verified opening balance. Individual payments and transaction details stay private.

Sunday is shared: Singles and Doubles feed the same Sunday reserve, divided into separate pots capped at $500 each. Entry and payment are still separate for each round.

THE FOUR ANSWERS HOLY HUB SHOWS

Before the round

1

ACE Eligible?

Your first completed qualifying Disc Golf Church round is your establishment round. Starting with your second qualifying round, the answer is Yes—church-wide, even at a service you have never played.

2

Service Tag Participant?

Yes whenever that service's ladder is ON and you are an official starter. Service Tags cost nothing, have no opt-out, and are always in play when their holder plays.

3

ACE Fund Entered?

You choose and pay for the ACE Fund separately at each round. Holy Hub blocks the choice during an establishment round. New entries close at the scheduled service start, or when a Game Master locks the roster sooner.

4

Payout path open?

Check-in shows the path, not a premature promise. Final eligibility waits for the official finish, Service Tag/Love Pass calculation, payment, and a verified ace.

EVERY BOX MUST BE TRUE

ACE Fund payout checklist

An ace is always preserved in Disc Golf Church statistics. The cash payout happens only when all eight checks pass.

  1. ACE EligibleAt least one earlier qualifying Church round was completed.
  2. Fund enteredThe player selected this exact round's ACE Fund before entry closed.
  3. PaymentThat exact round's ACE Fund entry was paid.
  4. Official startThe player was in the official service roster, not a casual late add.
  5. Official finishThe final verified result includes the player or doubles team.
  6. Tag participantThe player participated in that service's automatic Service Tag competition.
  7. Tag qualificationThe finish earned a contested Service Tag position, or the Love Pass opened the qualifying place.
  8. Verified aceThe official hole result—or a full numbered Bounty throw on verified video—and the player identity are confirmed by the ACE Fund steward.
LOYALTY WITHOUT A FEE

How Service Tags move

Every active service ladder has exactly 25 digital tags. Only tags that are AVAILABLE or held by players in that round are contested; an absent, active holder's tag stays protected.

Singles

Sort the real contested tags from lowest number to highest. The top finishers receive them in that order. If five tags are up for grabs, only the top five tag participants receive one.

Doubles

Tags go to teams in team-finish order. When a team earns two, Holy Hub makes one persisted digital 50/50 draw to assign the better tag. With one tag left, the same fair coin decides which partner holds it.

Sunday twice

Sunday Singles confirms first. The shared Sunday ladder then becomes the starting point for Doubles, so a tag can move twice and a newly Blessed holder can use that status in Doubles.

Four weeks

Day 21 shows a warning. At the next matching service round on or after day 28, an absent holder's tag becomes AVAILABLE. Playing a different service does not defend it. Turning a ladder OFF pauses the clock.

THE COMMUNITY-MINDED CALCULATION

The Love Pass

An active OG or Holy Grail holder is already considered tagged for ACE payout math. When that person finishes ahead of an acer, they do not use one of the virtual qualifying places—so the cutoff can make room for the eligible acer behind them.

The Love Pass never transfers, surrenders, or changes an actual Service Tag.
SEPARATE SYSTEMS · BONUSES STACK

OG, Holy Grail, and Blessed

OG

A lifetime, manually recorded Disc Golf Church credential. It adds one earned bonus run.

Holy Grail

An active one-year credential beginning when the current-season Grail is issued. It adds one earned bonus run.

Blessed Service Tag

Tags #1–#12 add one earned bonus run only in their matching service. The status updates automatically as the ladder moves.

Entered ACE Fund round: one base ACE run + OG + active Grail + matching Blessed Service Tag, up to four total. No paid entry means zero ACE Fund runs.

Bounty: two standard throws + those same three earned bonuses, up to five total. ACE Fund entry controls cash payout—not whether a player gets the standard Bounty throws. A verified ace preserves the exact share by numbered throw: #1 = 100%, #2 = 50%, #3 = one-third, #4 = 25%, #5 = 20%.
