REMEMBERING OTIS FORREST JR. · ETERNAL OG TAG #000
For Otis.
Always.
A friend, a teammate, and a lasting part of this community. We remember the man behind the rounds.
THE MAN WE REMEMBER
A life full
of connection.
Otis brought joy to the people around him. His father, Otis Forrest Sr., remembers a happy, outgoing young man whose presence could lift a room.
He grew up playing sports, from slacklining to ice hockey at Lewis-Palmer High School. On the disc golf course, he represented Team KWIK Discs. The shared time and friendships are part of what his family carries forward.
At Disc Golf Church, Otis holds Eternal OG Tag #000. His place in our community is permanent.

Explore the complete standings, round scores, team prizes and sponsor thank-you from the weekend.
The Otis brings family, friends and players together at Cottonwood Creek. At the family’s request, proceeds from the 2026 event support the care and improvement of disc golf courses in Colorado Springs.
A gift back to Otis. Adventure champions Greg Peterson and Peter Tonn donated their entire $150 first-place prize to the Otis fund. Thank you for that generosity.
